Home Appreciation Expected To Normalize
It is interesting to see how over the years home appreciation has been very positive, almost predictable, or even stable. While the recent bust remains largely in the minds of buyers and sellers, taking a look at the long term paints a stable past and predicted stable future with modestly rising home values.
